How To Use MARSHINE ES-400B?
Strip off the Cable
Remove the insulation of the cable to a particular l length:
Use a suitable cable stripper;
Don't nick the conductor strands.
Make sure the stripped conductor is able to go in the full length of the cut part of the cable lug.
Insert the Cable into the Lug
Put the naked conductor inside the cable lug:
Make Sure It Is fully seated;
Make sure that there are no exposed strands outside.
Put the Lug in the Crimping Head
Swing open the crimp head of your MARSHINE ES-400B Straight Handle Open Type Lithium Battery Powered Hydraulic Crimping Pliers, put the installed dies on both side of the lug:
Properly align the crimping point;
Make sure the lug barrel is centered in the die;
The head is of open-type allowing simple positioning, even in very limited spaces.
Start the Crimping Process
Press and hold the operation trigger:
The pressure will be applied by the hydraulic unit automatically;
Stop once the crimping process is completed;

Release and Remove unnecessary content
After crimping:

Press the release button if required;
