Preparation
Preparation is half the work:

Look for any damage or debris and if the rollers are loose. Make sure the rollers spin freely.
Check Compatibility

Inspect The Cable Tray
Make sure the tray is stable, clean and there are no sharp angles.
Plan The Cable Route
Specify your roller location intervals along the tray.
Installing the Rollers
Place the Roller on the Tray
The roller can be placed either at the beginning of the cable tray or at any point along the run.
Make sure it rests firmly on the tray rail, or the rungs.
Secure Roller
