So How To Use MARSHINE D5 Fiber Optic Tube Stripper?
Find the Right Stripping Hole
Measure your loose tube diameter and use the correct hole:
Select a hole which slips over the tube26 without being too tight.
Do not use holes that are too tight or too loose.
The right hole breaking will produce the clean strip without cutting the fibre.
Load the Loose Tube
Insert the loose tube into the designated stripping hole of our MARSHINE D5 Fiber Optic Large Five-Hole Tube Stripper Fiber Optic Cable Slitter:
Insert the tube straight into the channel.
Make sure the tube is fully inserted.
Keep internal fibers centered and free of stress.
Calmly Close the Stripper
Please shut the stripper, and:
Press lightly and evenly;
Keep the pressure off;
The sharp blade will safely score through the tube jacket.
Strip the Tube with Pull or Slide

Run it smoothly and steadily;
The tubing jacket will back out or come off cleanly as it slits.
For shorter lengths a little twisting helps.
Take Off the Tube Jacket
Strip the cut tube jacket: Remove the tube jacket that you stripped.
Reveal the fiber within;
check fibers for damage;
A good strip results in clean and undamaged fibers.
Fiber Cleaning and Preparation
When stripped of coating:
