What Is the MARSHINE Double-Rope Synchronous Electric Winch?

Cable pulling is one of the most demanding tasks in power line construction and electrical installation. To ensure safety, efficiency, and precise control, professional crews rely on advanced pulling equipment like the MARSHINE Double-Rope Synchronous Electric Wire Rope Self-winding Cable Pulling Winch Machine. It is a powered pulling machine designed to pull heavy cables and conductors, operate two wire ropes simultaneously, maintain synchronized speed and tension, or automatically wind wire ropes evenly.

Features

Double-Rope Synchronous Operation: Ensures balanced pulling force;

Electric Motor Drive: Stable, powerful, and efficient;

Self-Winding System: Neat, automatic rope arrangement;

Precise Speed Control: Smooth starting and stopping;

Heavy-Duty Structure: Built for demanding field conditions;

How To Use MARSHINE Double-Rope Synchronous Electric Winch Machine?

Position and Attach the Winch

(Pt 1) Place the winch in the pulling position that’s going to work:

Line it up with the cable path;

Secure your MARSHINE Double-Rope Synchronous Electric Wire Rope Self-winding Cable Pulling Winch Machine to the ground with bolts or anchors;

Good placement provides the straightest, most efficient pull.

Insert the Wire Ropes

Lead both PRS and FRS:

Over pulleys, or stringing blocks;

Toward the cable or conductor to be pulled;

Make sure the two ropes are:

Matched in length;

Well set in drum grooves and without uneven areas;

Connect Cable or Load

Connect the cable or conductor you’re pulling with using an appropriate pulling cable or conductor:

By using the right connectors or grips;

Make sure your load connections are tight and evenly distributed;

Unequal fixing could influence the synchronous running.

Turn On and Test Run

Turn on the winch and make a brief test run:

Operate the winch at a low speed and inspect the rope alignment when winding;

Verify that the two ropes are moving synchronously, then shut down at once if unusual noise or vibration is detected.

Running Cables Pulling

Accelerate gradually:

Pull steadily while never stop all of a sudden.

Watch",raise", foil tension on the ropes and the moving disc.

Don’t start or stop the conveyor or rubber tube suddenly.

The MARSHINE Double-Rope Synchronous Electric Wire Rope Self-winding Cable Pulling Winch Machine’s synchronous double-rope system reduces load concentration and cable stress.

Monitor Self-winding function

During the operation, please:

Watch the wire rope winding on the drum;

Make sure that the turning is even without any overlap or twisting;

Self-winding keeps things moving smoothly and neatly.

Stop and Lock

When pulling is complete:

Decelerate gradually and come to a controlled stop with the winch;

Unplug the cable and the wire ropes, and cut off the power supply and lock up the machine.
